How to Disable or Enable Pop-up Blocker in Google Chrome
In most cases, receiving pop-up windows while browsing the web is annoying. Pop-ups may prevent you from seeing a video or something else you want to see. But sometimes you need to see pop-up windows because some websites require you to enter your information in the pop-up windows to continue.
So should you continue to enable google browser's pop-up blocker or allow pop-up windows in your browser? This article will show you how to disable the pop-up blocker on your browser and how to reopen it.

How to allow or block pop-ups on all websites via chrome settings
Step 1: Open your Chrome browser, and press the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser, then click Settings in the pop-out menu.
Step 2: Type pop into the search setting field, and select Site Settings.
Step 3: Click on Pop-ups and redirects.
Step 4: Under the Default behavior, clicking Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects will enable pop-ups in chrome for all sites that aren't in your exceptions list. Conversely, clicking Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects will block pop-ups in chrome other than those you specifically specify.
Add sites to your exceptions lists to allow or block pop-ups for them
Step 1: Follow steps 1 through 3 above.
Step 2: Under the Customized behaviors, click Add to enter a site in either list without visiting them.
Step 3: Type the URL of the site and press Add. For example, microsoft.com
Step 4: Pressing the three dots next to a site in the allowed list gives you the option to block it, remove it, or edit the URL.
Conversely, pressing the three dots next to a site in the blocked list lets you allow it, remove it, or edit the URL.
