Fix 1: Purge the Microsoft Store and Xbox App cache
Use WIN+R to open the Run dialog box, type "wsreset.exe", and click "OK". This operation will automatically purge the Microsoft Store cache, and will automatically open the Microsoft Store after completing the cleanup.
Fix 2: Reset or terminate Microsoft Store
Step 1: Use WIN+I to open System Settings, find and click "Apps".
Step 2: In the left window, click on the "Apps & features" option, in the right Window, scroll down and find the Microsoft Store, click on the "Advanced options".
Step 3: Click the "Terminate" or "Reset" button and wait for the process to complete.
Fix 3: Reinstall Xbox apps and Microsoft Store
Step 1: Search for Powershell in the search bar and click Run as administrator.
Step 2: In the Powershell window, type the following command and press enter.

Step 3: Wait for the process to complete. Then, close the Powershell window and restart your PC.
