Solve: Keyboard Numbers not Working in Windows 10 & 11
Have you ever tried to use the number pad on the keyboard in Windows 10 or 11 but found that for some reason your number keys didn't work? There are many reasons for this problem, such as keyboard settings problems or keyboard driver issues.

1. Turn the numeric keypad on
Step 1: Type Control Panel in the Windows search bar.
Step 2: Click Ease of Access.
Step 3: Click Ease of Access Center.
Step 4: Click Change how your keyboard works under the Ease of Access Center.
Step 5: Under Control the mouse with the keyboard section, uncheck the box next to the Turn on Mouse Keys.
Step 6: Click Apply and OK.
2. Update your keyboard driver
Step 1: Type Device Manager in Windows search bar.
Step 2: Click keyboards to expand it.
Step 3: Right click the keyboard driver that you are currently using, and select Update Driver Software...
Step 4: In the pop-up box, click Search automatically for updated diver software.
3. Use the on-screen keyboard
Step 1: Search for the On-Screen Keyboard in the search bar. Then a virtual keyboard will be present on the screen.
Step 2: You will notice that there is no numeric keypad on the On-Screen Keyboard, if you need it, click the Options menu and check the Turn on numeric key pad and click OK.
