Unlock Windows God Mode: One-Stop Access to System Tasks

God Mode, formally known as the Windows Master Control Panel, is a feature included in Windows. It allows you to access most control panel settings in one place, saving you the trouble of remembering the exact path to each setting. This function is called God Mode because its powerful capabilities are similar to the "God mode" in video games.
Part 2: Activating and Using God Mode
Way 1: Via Creating a Folder
Step 1: Create a new folder by right-clicking in an empty area on your desktop.
Step 2: Name it with GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
. The "GodMode" is just the folder name used for popularizing, and you can replace it with any name you like.
Step 3: After completing, the folder icon will change to the style of control panel icon without name.
Step 4: Double-click it and all control panel settings will display in this folder.
Tip: If you use a feature frequently, you can drag it to a shortcut on your desktop.
Way 2: Via Creating a Shortcut
By this way, you can create a shortcut to god mode folder and freely change its appearance.
Step 1: Create a new shortcut by performing the similar operations as creating a new folder.
Step 2: Type explorer.exe shell:::{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
in the "Type the location of the item:" field of the "Create Shortcut" window, then click "Next" button.
Step 3: Name this shortcut in the following page, then click "Finish" to create the shortcut.
Tip: You can change the icon of this shortcut following these steps: Right-click the shortcut. > Select "Properties" option from the context menu. > Click the "Change Icon" button then select the preferred icon in the pop up window. > Click "Apply" button to save change, then click "OK" to close this window.
Way 3: Temporarily Use It
If you don't like to add any folder or shortcut on your desktop, you can temporarily use it by running shell:::{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
command in the Run dialog.
Step 1: Open the Run dialog by pressing the Windows logo key and R key simultaneously.
Step 2: Type shell:::{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
command and hit Enter to open the Windows Master Control Panel.
