How to Get a Better Internet Speed on PC
A stable and faster internet speed is of great importance in this Internet age, which brings you a pleasant experience of surfing. While sluggish internet speed is very awful, like lagging online gameplay, websites keep loading and videos can't buffer smoothly, which it is a potential sign that you need to check your Network and take necessary measures to optimize your internet.
Therefore, in this article, I will share with you ways on how to get a better internet speed on pc.

Method 1: Increase internet speed by setting Bandwidth limit
Windows system will limit your computer's internet speed by 20% by default after installation, only changing its settings can you get maximum internet speed.
Step 1: Press "win + R" simultaneously to open Run window, and type "gpedit.msc" in it.
Step 2: Click Administrative Templates -> Network in the left navigation bar.
Step 3: Click QoS Packet Scheduler from Network list, then double-click on Limit reservable bandwidth in the right sidebar.
Step 4: Tick Enabled, and you can see Bandwidth limit. Set the limit to "0" and click OK to make change work.
Method 2: Modify Network properties to increase internet speed
Step 1: Type control panel in the search box on the taskbar, and click the result.
Step 2: Click "View network status and tasks" from Network and Security.
Step 3: Click your Network and select Properties.
Step 4: Click Configure.
Step 5: Switch to Advanced tab, Select Speed & Duplex and set its value as "100 Mbps Full Duplex", then click OK. And you just need to wait the internet to reconnect.
Method 3: Flush your DNS
Step 1: Type cmd in the search box on the taskbar, right-click on the result and select Run as administrator.
Step 2: Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit Enter.
Step 3: If you are given the message with "Unable to flush DNS Resolver Cache: something went wrong with the function during execution", you need to turn on DNS Client manually: press "Ctrl+Alt+Delete" in the same time -> click Task Manager -> switch to Services tab -> navigate to DNS Client -> right-click on it and select start, and then repeat Step 2 which you can flush DNS successfully.
Method 4: Turn off Optimization to get a better internet speed
Step 1: Press "win + i", and select Update & Security.
Step 2: Click Delivery Optimization on the left sidebar and turn off "Allow downloads from other PCs".
